Mark
has a strong history in Noblesville. Not only has he
lived
in the city nearly his entire life, Mark and his wife, Kristen, are
raising their two daughters in the community they love. He is
working hard to make sure that the city continues to be one of the best
places to raise a family and work.
Education is paramount when looking for a
leader. After graduating Noblesville High School, Mark went
to
Indiana University and received a B.S. in Business Management with
minors
in Business Operations and International Business. In 2002,
Mark
continued his education by graduating from Harvard Business School’s
Executive Education Program. |

Mark
Boice has a sound business background. Warner Bodies, a
Noblesville based manufacturer of work trucks, lost their primary
customer in 2001. Mark then took over sales and operations of
the
company purchasing majority interest two years later. Under
Mark’s leadership, Warner acquired a large food processing corporation
and diversified into multiple new markets including the fire truck
industry. Warner was approached by three potential
acquisition
companies and was purchased in early 2010. This has allowed
Mark
to focus on his public sector interests and consulting in the
not-for-profit arena. |
In
addition to his career record, Mark has a history of giving back to his
community. From 2004 to 2008, he served on the Board of
Directors
for the National Truck Equipment Association, an association dedicated
to the quality and safety of North America’s work trucks.
Mark
was a vital member of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to
2007 where he was the Chairman of the Board in 2006. He
currently
is a member of the Noblesville Education Foundation’s Board of
Directors.
Mark is an Eagle Scout and has a private pilot
and a commercial driver’s license. These accomplishments have
allowed Mark to be recognized in 2010 by the Indianapolis Business
Journal by being one of their 40 Under 40 Award
recipients. He
was also recognized as a finalist for Noblesville’s Businessman of the
Year in both 2004 and in 2007.
Mark Boice will continue to work hard for our community. |
